Upstairs Apartment - Sleeps 4 - No elevator/ramp (approx. 12 stairs with landing in middle). 1 California King bed in master bedroom, 1 Queen bed in guest bedroom; Full kitchen with a tiki bar and dining table with seating for 6; 2 full bathrooms with tubs & showers; Large living room with leather reclining sectional with attached chaise lounger. Perfect for a movie night on the 70" TV! Smart TV with streaming & WiFi. Private deck outside of the living room. This apartment is best suited for responsible adults!
Must be at least 25 to rent. Absolutely no smoking or pets. Quotes are based on 4 guests - May allow a 5th guest for an additional charge but must be approved by owner at the time of booking. Sleeps a max of 4-5. Occupancy is monitored by outside perimeter cameras. Absolutely no parties, prom groups, or reunions permitted!
*Can be combined with Surfside Beacon (if available) to make 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. Max 8*

Cleaning fee is $200.00; Taxes 14%; $200.00 refundable damage deposit required; Prices are subject to change.
